About the Role:
Working with our client management team, based in either Eight Mile Plains (south Brisbane) or Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast), our Customer Service Officer provide high standard Customer service to our valued clients on a full time basis. You would be providing support to our clients seen by our team of mental health practitioners, reporting directly to the Client Services Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide a high quality of Customer service to clients, staff and community, face to face, email and over the phone
- Provide general admin support to the client management team
- Accurate & prompt client booking management including rescheduling & duty of care calls, invoicing & payment follow up
- Manage time requirements for each appointment through coordination of daily scheduling, ringing patients to confirm attendance, form completion or deposit payment, managing changes and follow up appointments, monitoring patient flow
- Coordinate patient registrations and maintain accurate patient contact details
- Maintain any aspects of Medicare, DVA or NDIS claiming i.e. checking patient eligibility, billing accordingly and checking
About You:
- Previous experience in a medical Customer service or receptionist role
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team & actively contribute to the team
- Ability to work autonomously & undertake routine & repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using systems such as Cliniko or Halaxy highly regarded
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Experience working in a psychology practice highly regarded but not required
