The Role: We are pleased to offer the position of Customer Service Officer / Administrative Specialist, where you will play a vital role in our team, working alongside experienced Advisers, Paraplanners, and a team of Administrators. In this position, you will receive training in administration, allowing you to seamlessly integrate into our team and assume various responsibilities.
Responsibilities: As an Customer Service Officer / Administrative Specialist, you will:
- Support the Adviser team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Speaking to our clients on a daily basis and booking client appointments.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, organisational skills, and versatility in administrative functions.
- Collaborate with a dynamic and forward-thinking team.
- Exhibit excellent computer proficiency.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction.
- Embrace flexibility and innovation.
- Experience in the finance/superannuation industry is preferred.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- RG146 would be preferred
- Typing speed of 40 min WPM is a must
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong management skills.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage workflows, and work independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Financial Planning Software is highly desirable.
