You will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with our valued customers including but not limited to:
- Proactively handle customer queries and quotations via phone, email and in person.
- Booking in deliveries and collections.
- Maintain databases with customer information.
- Invoice creation utilising Myob.
Your skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role or office environment would be beneficial.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and rapport building skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in data entry, customer maintenance.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Previous experience using Myob and Microsoft Office would be highly regarded.
- Experience in delivering excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Strong attention to detail and effective record keeping skills.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple CUSTOMER SERVICE requests.
- Demonstrated ability to stay calm and meet customer requirements in a busy office.
