Duties
- Respond to and forward all customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Manage phone lines in a respectful manner.
- Report all accidents, incidents, and deficiencies.
- Manage traffic including kerbside, loading zones, pedestrian access, taxi, bus and VIP movements.
- Confirm appointments and arrange for customer transportation.
- Manage operations for all parking control equipment.
