About the Role
We are currently recruiting a casual Customer Experience Officer to work on our Canberra campus.
The role supports the day-to-day campus operations, course delivery and scheduling, and course catering on the campus and at times will provide support to other business units.
- Addressing customer service inquiries via phone and email
- Addressing customer concerns, escalating where required
- Producing reports and analysing data
- Liaising with a cross-section of internal and external stakeholders
- Setting up the training room, laying out catering and cleaning after catering
The ideal candidate will be....
Dynamic, hands-on, and flexible individual, able to work in a fast-paced and at times, ambiguous environment with ease.
- 2 + YEARS in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
- You'll be tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to assist others with IT issues
- Team player with a great attitude
