This role is Monday to Friday flexible start and finish time 7:30m-4pm based In Mackay
The role involves:
- Provide face to face, email and over the phone Customer Service
- Provide quotes and pricing
- Responding to general enquiries
- Processing and completing purchase orders
- Perform general admin work and adhoc work
To be successful in the role:
- Experience, background or exposure to construction, manufacturing or steel industry highly regarded
- Previous experience in Customer Service role
- Strong problem solving skills
- Build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Prepared to complete a national police check
- Prepared to complete a pre employment medical and drug test
- Excellent computer skills and phone manner
- An excellent attitude to working in a team or alone
