STEPS Group Australia is a Not for Profit organisation, passionate about making a difference on a national scale. An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Customer Support Officer to join the welcoming and supportive team in Gympie.
The Position
Providing customer service and administrative support to the site team, your responsibilities will include:
- Professionally meet and greet customers and stakeholders who visit the site, delivering a high standard of customer service
- Follow up customer enquiries and assist with customer registration processes across all programs within the region
- Deliver timely, efficient and effective administrative support to customers and team members
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with all key stakeholders and site team members to deliver seamless customer service.
- Develop rapport with customers to gain an understanding of their needs and provide the appropriate information and referral.
To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated success and experience in a customer service administration support role
- Ability to demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude, willingness to learn and have a community focus with the desire to help and support others
- Strong customer service, attention to detail, time management and high level of administration skills is essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and databases, with accurate typing and data entry skills
Applicants must have the ability to complete a Police Check and have a current Driver's Licence. Applicants must also hold or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Card if successful in the role.
