Customer Service & Sales (Office Supplies)

Your Office Choice has been supplying Office Products and Business Supplies to the North Brisbane and Sunshine Coast region and surrounding areas for over 30 years.  Our business is part of the broader Office Choice group, Australia's leading independent office products dealer group which is proudly Australian owned and operated by its members.

3 days a week (9am – 3pm or similar) Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
(Hours are flexible within business trading hours)

The position:  As the successful applicant, you will be servicing and growing an existing portfolio of customers whilst also looking for business growth opportunities - liaising by phone and face-to-face meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Look for opportunities to grow customer database through new accounts
• Contact existing customer database to optimize sales opportunities via phone and face-to-face visits.
• Promote online ordering
• Promote current promo campaigns
• Utilise Sales-i CRM package
• Liaise with all team members of the business to ensure the smooth operation of the sales function

Personal Requirements and key competencies:

• Good telephone manner essential
• Computer proficiency essential (Excel, Word, Emails etc and ability to learn ERP system (Pronto) and CRM program)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business to business (B2B) sales techniques.
• Ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Experience in sales and Customer Service skills
• Office Products knowledge desirable
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Well presented while representing Your Office Choice
• Local knowledge an advantage
• Must have own car (for customer visits) and current driver's license
