Logwin Air & Ocean is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their Sydney team as a Customer Service professional. Working in a small and supportive team, the role is all about being a key point of contact for our wonderful customers and helping them with their freight needs.
The ideal candidate will need to have a basic understanding of freight forwarding processes. Excellent communication and admin skills and a natural service orientation will be key.
About the Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients by addressing inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient handling of shipments from booking to delivery.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to clients, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and correspondence using our system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting as required.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years industry experience preferred
- A working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Cargowise1 knowledge will be an advantage
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, be highly organised to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients and team
