The Role:
As the initial face and point of contact for our company, your main focus will be to engage with customers via telephone and email assisting with the day to day requirements.
Your key responsibilities:
- Greeting, answering the phone, emails and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Providing sales quotations, orders and following up
- All other general Customer Service and administration duties
What will make you successful in this role:
- Have strong and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Have proven experience in a Customer Service and sales role
- Have experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and sales processing programs
- Be self-motivated, customer focused and an enthusiastic team player
- Great personal presentation
- Have a high level of accuracy, organised work style and attention to detail
