What They're Looking For:
- Previous experience in banking, Customer Service, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software/systems are desirable.
- Must be flexible and available to work as needed, including weekends and holidays.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide information on bank products and services, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify opportunities to help customers meet their financial needs by referring them to the right person.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and Customer Service, ensuring all interactions are conducted with courtesy and empathy.
- Participate in community projects as a paid volunteer.
