This State Government Department are working to support South Australians across all life stages from childhood to adulthood, by providing access to essential integrated services. They are committed to providing support that every child needs for their aspirations. They are seeking multiple customer service team members to provide phone support for a project commencing late July for 6–7 weeks.
Your new role
Will be providing exceptional phone support to callers, including assisting them with navigating a website and accepting offers. You will be able to identify calls requiring escalation to a senior member and, between calls, will provide administration assistance to the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
A temporary role within the state government, for 6–7 weeks working in a customer-centric project with 1 week of dedicated training. A CBD office location and a competitive hourly rate of $42 + Super per hour.
