Call Centre Operator for Award-Winning Company

Solar Service Guys (SSG) is a National Specialist Solar Services group building on our foundations of Safety, Quality, Sustainability, Leadership & Evolution.
SSG is expanding the team in the Brisbane head office and is seeking a call center operator who has an eye for detail and is eager to learn. We hire for attitude and train for skill and offer a supportive and positive work environment.
They have recently been awarded a national battery recall contract and this role will be working closely on the recall project. 

About The Role:
Reporting directly to your Team Leader, we are looking for a motivated, self-starter with a track record of problem solving, achieving tasks within designated time frames and an eye for detail.  Your key duties will include:

• Outbound calls to existing customers who have been affected by the product recall:
• Use your problem solving skills to investigate and facilitate data collection; 
• Verification of data utilising MS Excel and other in house programs.

As a Customer Service Officer at SSG, you will need to possess excellent Customer Service engagement skills and be focused on delivering practical solutions that achieve excellent business outcomes.
This is a full time, casual position with the current business operational hours being Monday - Friday, 8:00am -  9:00pm and Saturaday - Sunday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience in a Customer Service role highly regarded.
• Proficient in excel with the ability to learn additional software packages / applications.
• Familiar with information handling practices compliant to the privacy act.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with both suppliers and customers.
• Attention to detail with accurate data entry and evaluation.
