Being one of the largest IT distribution business in Asia Pacific, they are committed to the development of its staff by offering an environment that is both supportive and progressive, with currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist their team with an exciting campaign.
About the Role:
This position will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to pre-existing clients and customers for the purpose of re-engaging them with new products and software that is relevant to their needs.
- Meeting targets of 15-20 outbound calls per day.
- Informing clients of products and software related to their requirements.
- Utilising script provided by both the client and its partner
- Following up on lead requests
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent Customer Service & Professional Phone Manner
- Customer Service experience
- Self-motivated and KPI driven
- Ability to build rapport with clients and customers
Relevant Information:
- Located in Oakleigh South, Victoria
- 1 month temporary contract - Potential to extend however not guareenteed
- Part-time contract: 6hrs per day x 4 days per week
- Hybrid Opportunity: 2 days office/2 days wfh and office every alternate Wednesday
- Start Date: 5th March 2024
- Training will be provided with briefs on products and softwares supplied
