- They are seeking a Junior Documentation/training officer to join their team on a contract basis with a high potential for permanency.
- This company is based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
- Day Shift: 9am/10am - 5pm/6pm
About the Role:
Reporting to the Quality Director, you will be primarily responsible for aiding in the training process of new employees and ensuring adherence to training protocols. Other responsibilities include:
- Aiding new employees with completing induction modules
- Maintain records on LIMS to levels consistent with relevant standards and industry expectations
- Coordinate with different teams across the site to ensure the most up-to-date SOPs and work instructions are in circulation
- Assisting with the maintenance of documentation
- A Bachelor of Science majoring in a scientific discipline, eg. pharmaceutical science, microbiology, chemistry or a relevant field
- Previous experience within the Pharmaceutical industry in a GMP environment (desirable but not essential)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
