Hybrid role (on campus and working from home)- Flexible hours
- Immediate commencement for 4 weeks
About the Role
The Customer Service Officer will work within the Procurement Connect team, which is the first point of contact for Procurement. The role will include
- Responding to and acting on ServiceNow tickets
- Finding and sending invoices to RMIT Travelers
- Updating master databases to reflect work done in order to ensure accurate reporting
Key Selection Criteria
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Understanding of the RMIT operating environment.
- Keen ability to learn new Procurement processes, systems and tools to enable task performance.
- Ability to work in a team environment with workload allocation and rotation as required balancing demand for services.
- An appreciation for the client facing aspect of the role (inward to the organisation and outward to the vendor community) and a commitment to upholding high levels of customer service.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and efficient work ethic.
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent years of relevant experience.
