About our client
Our client is a highly prominent private markets investment firm. This truly international fund has a well-established, closely networked team with substantial funds under management. This position will be based in London and will support their investor relations and client service efforts among their real assets strategies.
What the job involves
- Create and maintain pitchbooks, develop and update materials, management of due diligence processes, and creation of ad-hoc analyses related to strategies and portfolios
- Respond to investor queries and complete due diligence questionnaires
- Contribute to new project launches, support the fundraising team, ad hoc presentations, PPMs, strategic projects
- Collaborate with the firm's wider IR and product teams across different strategies
- Strong academic record and experience ideally within investor relations. Investment banking, asset management or advisory experience will also be considered
- Prior real estate experience is not a pre-requisite but an interest in the space is key
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Excellent attention to detail, structured thinker and ability to multi-task under pressure
- Highly organised with good project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
