About the Role
Our customers are the heart of our business, and we're seeking energetic individuals to join our team in full-time positions.
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding Customer Service based out of our Perth Support Office in North Fremantle.
This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic, highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy multitasking within a Customer Service environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat, offering friendly and efficient support.
- Process customer orders and handle returns efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve product-related queries and leverage product knowledge to assist customers.
- Coordinate with our stores to address customer orders and inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively within your team, which includes members in various remote locations, to collectively achieve tasks and duties.
- Monitor orders, provide progress updates, and take appropriate actions.
- Manage customer returns, including investigation, processing, and resolution of returns, exchanges, warranties, and faulty goods.
- Collaborate with dispatch locations to facilitate customer orders.
- Liaise with Australia Post regarding delayed or missing parcels.
- Handle first-level customer complaints and escalate as per appropriate channels.
- Maintain strong communication with the Customer Service team.
- Deliver exceptional Customer Service through written and verbal communication.
- Manage tasks across multiple channels to ensure timely completion.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in Customer Service and a genuine passion for serving customers. A can-do attitude, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and retail industry experience are highly valued. Key skills and attributes we seek include:
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using various computer platforms to complete tasks.
- Outstanding time management and attention to detail.
- Team player with a sense of ownership.
- Preferred experience in a call centre or Customer Service environment.
- Familiarity with maintaining databases (Google or Microsoft Suites) is a plus.
