Customer Service Officer

Are you a Customer Service Officer looking for a new role?  We have an exciting opportunity for you!

Using your experience as a Customer Service Officer, you will deliver meaningful front-line support to the community.  Taking inbound and outbound calls, you will be able to utilise your amazing Customer Service skills and work in a team environment to achieve results.

The Role
This role will see you providing front-line services to the community from a local office in Findon, including a range of client and administrative services that contribute to the effective delivery of quality services. Participating as a member of the Operations team to undertake a range of functions which include:

• Taking inbound enquiries using your excellent Customer Service skills 
• Making outbound calls to technicians to book services for clients (no sales required!)
• Data Entry input of customer information into a CRM
• Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

About You
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

• Well-developed interpersonal skills, including demonstrated capacity to provide a high level of client contact service and the ability to work within a team
• Previous experience within a Customer Service role
• Intermediate computer skills combined with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Capacity to work well within an environment of fluctuating workloads and changing priorities

This is a permanent position working 8 AM - 4.30 PM Monday to Friday, in an office in Findon, SA, with free parking on-site.
