HEO5 $77,409 -$86,072 salary scale per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.

Fixed Term position until February 2026.

The Division of Research and Innovation provides leadership in achieving the University’s strategic goals, particularly in relation to research strategy, researcher education, services, infrastructure and supporting the development of world-class research and impact, both nationally and internationally.

Working under general direction the Research Information Officer provides a range of administrative support services to the units within Research Services. The role is responsible for managing the Research Services website and intranet, identifying and promoting grant opportunities and related news and training through the development and distribution of the Research Bulletin to a University wide community, coordinating the registration and usage of relevant research grant opportunity databases and assisting with data collections and data entry as required.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience with website development and maintenance in a large corporate/institutional context.
  • Demonstrated experience with accurate data entry, databases and manipulation of data.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, show initiative and maintain work accuracy.
