We are the NDIS Early Childhood Partner in South Australia, offering the NDIS Early Childhood Approach for children younger than 9 years of age.

In addition, Kudos is a NDIS registered provider of supports, we offer hands-on therapy, behaviour support and specialist support coordination services for people aged 9+ tailored to their needs and goals.

About the Role

Based at our Elizabeth office the Customer Service Officer role is critical to our success in servicing our clients, members, and stakeholders. Working in a busy and fast paced reception and front desk environment, the successful candidate will use their engaging, positive, and friendly approach to support the first point of contact to the Elizabeth office and our team.

Client interactions will range from phone calls, email enquiries, general reception and welcome duties, and appointment and diary management.

This important position within the team focuses on leading and championing excellent internal and external customer care and experience. With general guidance and a supportive team, the Customer Service Officer will be accountable for a broad range of general administrative tasks, high quality Customer Service, and managing internal information technology (IT) first-level support needs.

In addition to the above-mentioned skills and experience, the successful candidate will possess the following key criteria:

  • Strong priority management, agility to respond to competing demands, and an ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • A passion for communication, helping others and patience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • High-level problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative, analyse information and make effective decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with the ability to synthesise and analyse information and make decisions. 
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment including the ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment. 
  • Demonstrated proactive flexibility, initiative and broader skills through assisting and supporting all areas of the organisation. 
  • Sound technical and competent computer skills including extensive use of MS Office applications. 
  • Working knowledge of disability sector and NDIS would be advantageous but not essential.
