The Role..
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include taking inbound customer care calls related to billing, new connections, and general enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction from each experience. You will also support the team with ad-hoc administration duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining database integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound call centre phones
• Actioning customer emails via database
• Data entry
• Assisting customers via Live Chat channel
• Outbound calling customers to update their accounts
• General administration tasks
About You
• Previous experience in a call centre environment
• Clear, articulate, professional phone manner
• Good computer skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Available to commence immediately

This role suits candidates with previous professional call centre experience, exposure to working with NTG computer systems, and demonstrated skills in providing excellent Customer Service. Immediate commencement required.
