About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Experience Coordinator, the Customer Experience Officer is responsible for the daily provision of excellent customer service that contributes to the delivery of the City of Palmerston Community Plan including the following:
Championing the Customer Experience Charter
- Provide efficient, flexible, and timely customer service from multiple Council locations
- Resolve community enquiries with a can-do attitude
- Support other areas of Council with payment and administrational services
- Provide advice on concerns of the community to improve services
About You
We are looking for a people person with the capability of engaging with a multicultural and diverse community of all ages, and enthusiastic towards new technology and processes and always seeking continuous improvement and an excellent team player who is able to communicate effectively.
