- Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries promptly and ensuring outstanding issues are followed up.
- Monitor and action group mailboxes efficiently.
- Process sales orders accurately and troubleshoot any order-related issues.
- Manage inventory logistics to ensure timely fulfillment of sales orders.
- Coordinate with external warehouses to maintain optimal inventory levels and conduct stock takes.
- Manage spare parts ordering and inventory management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for efficient SAP system maintenance and B2Be interactions.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance, including the phone system.
- Maintain databases for resellers and handle external communications such as price changes and closures.
- Provide quotes for the sales team and manage credits and returned stock.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry
- Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems is preferred but not essential
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Available to work Monday to Friday of hours 7.30am to 4pm
