Position Overview: We are seeking two full-time friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Officers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for delivering outstanding service, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or Customer Service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift and carry packages of various weights.
