- $34.00 per hour + Super | 37.5 hours per week

- Flexible to cover shifts between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday

You will be positioned within one of the key teams servicing medical and pharmaceutical clients and processing customer orders.
About the role
This is a fast-paced and dynamic call centre environment, with little room for error given the nature of the product but for the right candidate, they will thrive and be part of a growing team.
You should be ready and willing to start ASAP, as we require an immediate start.
Representing the Customer Service team this roles is administrative processing orders via an in-house logging tool, Oracle and MS Outlook.
About you
This is a high-volume fast-paced role that will require an eye for detail.
You will bring
- Experience with excellent data entry speed and accuracy
- Comfortable in a high-volume call centre environment
- Willingness to complete a Data Entry test and result with at least >98% accuracy and minimum 30-40 WPM or higher
- Experience using MS Outlook and Oracle or similar experience would be an advantage
- Inbound Customer Service experience as you will be required to support your colleagues with overflow of calls relating to orders
- You will have a positive attitude towards work and able to commence ASAP
