Customer Service/Admin Officer

Our client is a successful and rapidly expanding manufacturing organisation located in Warriewood.  Working in head office with a dynamic and collaborative team of around 90 staff, this role is responsible for delivering high level, accurate and friendly customer service to their clients. 
  
Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients, both internally and externally
• Become a key point of customer contact and manage customer open order reports
• Manage supplier order reports to update Work in Progress spreadsheet
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create accurate and detailed Customer Service Reports, focusing on status updates and ETAs
• Responding to all ad-hoc customer enquiries within 24 hours
• Ability to liaise and build relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver desired outcomes
• Maintaining all aspects office administration and supplies, post etc

To be considered for this role you will be customer focused with top communication skills both written & verbal together with an organised approach and excellent computer skills (MS Office 365 including Excel & SAP or similar ERP experience is preferred).  You will have a flexible, positive and proactive approach to your work and be focussed with capacity and drive to see a task through to completion.   

This is a full time office based position with standard hours 8.30am - 5.00pm and the salary guide is $70,000 + Super.
