We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate customer-focused individual to join our expanding Service team at our Darwin Mazda Branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the principal contact between the Dealership & Service Customers
- Maintaining professional knowledgeable communication with customers throughout the whole service process
- Explaining repair work and costs to customers
- Providing accurate invoices and reports to service customers
- Booking in and coordinating services for customers
- Liaising with internal personnel from various department
Basic Position Requirements:
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent team skills
- Confidently communicate with customers and team members
- Highly driven and organised individual
- Computer literate
- NT driver’s license
- Dealership Experience would be Advantageous
