Are you a Customer Service professional who is vibrant and energetic? We are currently recruiting for a Full Time experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Located at our office in Kemps Creek and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will have a keen desire to grow and has previous experience in a Customer Service/call centre role.

Key Position Requirements are:
- Day to day inter-departmental communication to our sales and operations teams
- Strong adherence to the departmental and operation deadlines
- Current SAP experience and ability to process all incoming orders into SAP
- Answer inbound calls and emails
- Resolve problem calls, emails or complaints
- Response to consumer/dealers/service across all brands
- Provide support to Briggs and Stratton consumers, dealers and internal staff
- Accurate and high level data entry skills
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work in a high pressure environment and deal with multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Deadline driven, ability to show initiative and follow through on end-to-end completion of work
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
- An ability and interest to learn about all Briggs and Stratton brands, products and parts
- Process return orders and warranty claims
- Issue credit memos for incorrect pricing
Essential Criteria for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in a call centre or Customer Service business
- Excellent attendance levels and reliable
- Experience in understanding products (of any nature) and helping customers with their queries
- Basic to intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with small engines or a mechanical aptitude (preferred)
