As a Customer Service Representative you are responsible for managing client enquiries including, but not limited to, product information, account set up, buy/sell trades, order management and general back-office administration. Client engagement is by phone, live chat, email and in person at our Brisbane Office. Client segments include retail, managed funds, distributors, and professional networks such as lawyers, accountants, and financial planners.
The successful candidate needs to enjoy customer engagement, have the ability to self-organise and prioritise; and ensure accuracy is achieved within the organisational systems and processes. This role will provide an opportunity for progression to management level for the right candidate.
On-going training will be provided.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Build strong client relationships
- Convert client enquiry/registrations to executed buy or sell trades
- Own resolution of client issues
- Work with the back-office team to ensure highest compliance standards
- Capture and nuture new customer leads
- Work with the fulfilment team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Work with the technical team to improve customer experience with existing systems and business processes
Requirements for the position:
- Degree qualified in Business or similar area
- High level of personal organisation, drive & can-do attitude
- Disciplined attention to detail
- High level data acumen
- Strong systems understanding & capability
- Advanced Excel & Data Analysis skills
