As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in creating an extraordinary customer experience and ensuring incredible customer satisfaction. Located in Scoresby, you'll also handle administrative duties as needed.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound phone duties.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Processing orders and data entry.
- Assisting customers with pricing, product availability, and order tracking.
- Generating reports on orders.
- Coordinating with warehouse and transport companies.
- Staying up-to-date with new product releases.
- Performing general administrative duties.
- A strong customer focus, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
- Proficient with SAP, EDI, and MS Office applications is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work well within a team and autonomously.
