What you'll contribute to
The Salary Packaging Customer Support Representative (Call Centre) will provide a high level of excellence relating to call centre and general support activities for our novated lease customers. In this role you will ensure a customer centric approach is adopted across all matters, adhere to strict service level agreements, and possess broad knowledge of the end-to-end novated lease and salary packaging services.
Please note, this is a 18 month contract position.
How you'll make an impact
Customer enquiries and administration, including, but not limited to:
- Act as the front line for the Salary Packaging business in the call centre environment
- Adherence to the customer identification process at all times
- Identify, address, and resolve general enquiries from customers
- Proactively liaise with customers to provide resolutions to queries
- Escalate enquiries, where necessary, to the appropriate area of the business
- Process customer reimbursement claims
- Achievement of KPI measures within the Salary Packaging Operations team
- Develop rapport and open communication with the Novated Lease & Salary Packaging Consultants, as well as with all customers and internal departments
- Redirect new sales enquiries to the Novated Leasing Consultants or Salary Packaging enquiries to the Salary Packaging Sales Consultants, as required
- Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role
- Ability to prioritise tasks and remain agile
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial products in a simple manner
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office suite would be considered advantageous
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
