We are seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative who will provide administrative support to our wholesale B2B operations. This role will be permanent full time.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
- Providing exceptional customer support to our clients
- Maintaining and building relationships both internally and externally
- Managing internal and external enquiries, obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle enquiries and feedback
- Preparing and implementing new/revised processes and procedures
- Ensuring accurate data entry, category management, invoice processing and report generation
- Project management of supplier installations and timeframes
- Providing quotations and relevant information to customers
- Overseeing general running of office tasks and duties
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative role
- Experience within building, trades or construction environments or B2B/dealer networks
- Strong capability using MS Excel, Word, Outlook and preferably SAP experience
- Exceptional organisational skills, with a high attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to seek information as required
- Superior Customer Service skills and stakeholder management
