Your new role
The Customer Solutions Representative will also be responsible for managing a workflow of emails and enquiries from both internal and external sources. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and provide professional and outstanding first-level customer service to our customers across all brands.
- Resolve a variety of customer enquires at the initial first level contact and, when necessary, escalate customer enquiries through to the second level escalation point.
- Learn, understand and articulate industry terminology to our customers.
- Take ownership and personal responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding our customer's expectations.
- Support the accounts teams when required with general tasks such as raising credits, bank reconciliation, and managing the accounts emails.
- Convey accurate information and assist in the education of our customers about our processes, delivery dates and account enquiries.
- Actively identify opportunities to promote additional products, features and services to our clients, and to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
- Assisting and supporting the Customer Solutions Manager with ad-hoc projects, tasks and responsibilities.
What you'll need to succeed
We are seeking candidates with strong tenure in a Customer Servicebased role, with excellent communication skills.
Other ideal skills will include empathy, efficiency, initiative, collaborative and committed to delivering a fantastic level of service, representing the brand with pride.
Previous experience in a phone-based Customer Service role or exposure to the healthcare/medical industry is desired but certainly not essential. Above all, strong values and a passion to provide a really great service to customers is what is required for this role. You must also be able to commute to Alexandria - Mascot station is a 10-minute walk and parking is available.
