About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will involve a diverse set of responsibilities, including email management, order entry, invoicing, phone management, and general office duties. If you are a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, handling phone calls with professionalism, courtesy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Manage multiple email inboxes and promptly respond to customer queries originating from the Jeffries website, demonstrating an understanding of our products and services.
- Accurately enter orders received via phone calls and emails, ensuring all details are captured and processed efficiently.
- Execute daily invoicing for all divisions.
- Promoting consistent Customer Service that goes above and beyond, building a culture where customers are proud to be associated with Jeffries.
- Assist with general office duties, including but not limited to filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.

The successful applicant must have:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role valued, however not essential.
- A commitment to providing the highest level of Customer Service whilst building and maintaining business relationships.
- Exceptional organisational, time management and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- A 'can-do' attitude with confident interpersonal skills, forward thinking capabilities and ability to work both autonomously and within a busy team environment.
- Good understanding of MS Office Suite is essential.
- A genuine interest in sustainability and gardening is important - we love what we do and share our passion with our customers.
