Due to ongoing growth, we now have an opportunity for experienced Customer Service Representative to join their Wetherill Park site.

You will have overall responsibility handling with top 80 warehouse and transport customers.
- Handling high volume customer inquiries and resolving any issues via phone and email daily
- Handle customer data and information with confidentiality
- Maintain accurate records and database accurately
- Collaborating with other departments within the organisation to address customer needs effectively
- Process warranty orders, credits, invoices and quotations
- Cultivating positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and professionalism
- Background experience in Manufacturing or warehousing
- Minimum 5 years’ Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent conflict management and resolution skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Vlookup in excel
- Experience in using Pronto software is desirable
- Ability to work successfully in a high volume workload
- Customer centric approach and strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong committment to work
