Our Opportunity
Galintel is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to become the first point of contact for all internal and external customer inquiries. This position is a full-time permanent role, based in Narellan NSW.
Duties will include:
- Providing support for all intercompany queries, orders, logistics and all other aftermarket export orders.
- Prioritising jobs and ensuring effective communications at all times.
- Attend Customer Service calls and queries within required SLA time frames.
- Work within a team environment to ensure all customers have weekly expedite updates.
- Communication between internal departments and stakeholders, ensuring effectively collaborations amongst colleagues.
We are open to a range of experience levels and are committed to supporting junior candidates where necessary.
The Right Person
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic Customer Service professional that takes pride in maintaining stakeholder relationships and has a proven record with resolving customer issues.
Ideally you will have some experience in a customer-focused position requiring problem solving and strong stakeholder management skills. You will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience at a call centre, sales or customer-focused position. Ideally, in a position that requires you to provide advice or solutions to external stakeholders.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing or similar environments would be highly advantageous.
- Take initiate with daily tasks and be able to work autonomously.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
