We’ve been servicing the Building and Construction industry since 1990, allowing us to build strong and valued relationships with our customers and the most trusted brands in the Australian Building industry.
We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join the highly successful and growing teams at our Mona Vale and Narrabeen branches, on a full-time basis. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, and Saturdays on a rotating roster. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team of superstars as we grow our business through providing a high-class customer experience.
Your work may include:
- Greeting and welcome customers via phone, digital media and walk-in
- Processing transactions using our ERP system
- Gaining an understanding of our customers needs and wants, and making recommendations to achieve these
- Software and hardware testing
- Order processing and preparation of quotations
About you:
You’re a friendly, helpful, and engaging customer-focused individual, looking to take the next step in your career. You’ve got excellent communication and people skills, with experience in providing recommendations to support customers to make purchasing decisions.
We’re looking for a person who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, who loves meeting our customers expectations and delivers great Customer Service.
Ability to work early mornings and rotating Saturday mornings is required. Knowledge of and experience in the construction/roofing industry will be highly regarded.
