Duties and responsibilities
You will have overall responsibility handling with top 80 warehouse and transport customers.Handling high volume customer inquiries and resolving any issues via phone and email daily
Handle customer data and information with confidentiality
Maintain accurate records and database accurately
Collaborating with other departments within the organisation to address customer needs effectively
Process warranty orders, credits, invoices and quotations
Cultivating positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, understanding, and professionalism
