THE ROLE
- Provide Customer Service to our existing customer base via incoming phone calls and emails.
- Assist customers with inquiries relating to equipment, voice and data services, faults, and general inquiries
- Order and build tailored hardware solutions
- Work with the largest hardware vendors in the world to order and deliver equipment such as Ericsson, LG, Avaya, Ubiquity, Hikvision, and more
- Liaise with Commander Head Office to implement your customers telephone bill requirements
- Work closely with our in-house field technicians to install hardware solutions on-site & attend customer call outs
- Process customer adds moves and changes relating to hardware, voice, and data services
- Use the latest in CRM programs to manage our customers. We use Salesforce, Fleetmatics, and Commander CRM – Activate and Ninja
- You will create, maintain, complete, and invoice orders and jobs through multiple online tools
- Maintain our 5 star Google reviews while earning a commission for every 5-star personal review
