About the Role
  
Due to continuous business growth, our client is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented individual to join their team at Marsden Park as a Customer Service Representative.
  
As a pivotal asset to the organization, you will be the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Your role will be crucial in guaranteeing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing orders accurately.

Duties:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide accurate product information and effectively assist with placing orders.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner through a ticket system
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in an office-based environment
  • Proven experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Exemplary Customer Service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great team player. Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
