The Role
If you are looking for an outstanding employer, we have an opportunity for a Client Service Representative professional to join one of our customers in the healthcare logistics sector. In this role you will be part of a close knit team who are responsible for supporting key clients in their requirements whilst providing excellent Customer Service. The clients are located in Australia and internationally. This role is suited to someone that thrives in a busy customer environment.
Key Responsibilities
- You will have a key portfolio of clients where you are the first point of contact
- Follow the documented guidelines and requirements for each customer
- Processing your customers orders on a day to day basis in an accurate and efficient manner
- Responding to all client enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Have a flexible approach and work with key stakeholders to achieve a client focused outcome
- File all purchase orders & supporting documentation accordingly to the documented process on the common drive.
- Adhoc reporting for clients
- Track and trace orders and provide status updates to clients
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical an advantage
- SAP knowledge, highly advantageous
- Efficient in Microsoft, Word and Excel
- Teamwork and service mentality
- Highly driven and proactive attitude
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change
