Your New Role
Reporting to the Collections Supervisor, who is known in the business for their friendly and nurturing management style, you will be responsible for:
- Respond to and handle inbound phone calls
- Process all incoming emails promptly
- Arrange appointments for bin repairs
- Create daily schedules for maintaining bins
- Record and update daily information in the Customer Service report

About You
- Previous Administration, Customer Service, Data Entry experience
- Intermediate excel skills
- SAP experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
