Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a competent Customer Service Representative for our call centre, on a casual basis within our Customer Service team to be based at our New Farm office. The successful applicant will also have flexible work from home options. Our company facilitates remote working conditions for employees so they can benefit from reduced commute time, increased flexibility and productivity.  

Job Description:

• First point of contact for incoming Customer Service related calls to the business.
• Manage daily workflow to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Organise outgoing daily reporting.
• Liaising with stake holders and subsequent data entry.
• Investigation of customer order related enquiries & complaints.
• Utilising Zendesk for ongoing customer relationship management.

• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent Customer Service background
• Ability to work individually and as part of the team
• 2 years experience preferred
