Responsibilities
We are looking forward to expanding our ever-growing amazing and caring Customer Service department. And as we are growing, there is an opportunity for career progression.
Here are some key responsibilities you will be doing:
- Provide excellent phone Customer Service
- Building long-term relationships with our customers through, efficiency, care, humour, and kindness
- Greet customers with a warm friendly tone, and manage new enquiries
- Manage customers and follow-ups
- Manage appointment scheduling for technicians
- Monitor and manage high-priority concerns and act efficiently
- Use Microsoft Office mail and CRM system
- Participate in our team's weekly training programs (we work with the trainers in our industry)
Key Requirements:
- You're a people person, someone who loves to help
- Have a positive, happy, vibrant, and friendly personality
- An empathetic nature
- High attention to detail and in following outlined procedures
- You're great at task and time management
- Strong work ethic who is happy to be part of a high-performance culture
- Someone who is eager to learn new things and willing to undertake training and education
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with using CRM systems
- Previous call centre or reception experience is a bonus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including impeccable telephone skills
- This role is an office-based role - in our Alexandria HQ
