About the role…
The primary role of our CSI is to:
- Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing their parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.
- Manage an efficient phone service, answer all calls, and provide a professional and effective customer experience.
- Identify and interpret parts through the APG enterprise applications.
- Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records.
- Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and the ability to be adaptable, think on your feet, communicate efficiently, and work well within a team. We are looking for a CSI who is:
- Passionate about customers.
- A service expert with some sales experience and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Able to work in a team environment and contribute to the team’s success as well as also work independently.
- Highly motivated driven and self-starter.
- Punctual and reliable with a proactive work ethic.
- A natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills.
- Driven by customer satisfaction, which is at the centre of every decision you make.
- A confident communicator looking for an awesome opportunity in a growing company.
