Toll People are recruiting an Administration / Customer Service Officer for our client who are a nationally renowned supplier of cylinder gases such as LGP, Industrial and Hospitality Gases. This position is located at Kooragang, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Assisting of the day-to-day management of: administration duties including; processing invoices, customer enquiries, compliance and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely manner from the onset to the finalisation
- Timely and accurate validation and reconciliation of invoices & rates against contracts
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of invoices and payments raised
- Pro-active communication and follow up to efficiently resolve all discrepancy matters
- Supporting internal and external sales with new and prospective customers
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls answering around sixty calls per hour, placing orders and redirecting calls as required
Skills & Experience
- Good Computer literacy - experience with MS Office (Intermediate)
- Experience in managing multiple work tasks with the ability to handle pressure and competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience in a fast paced, detail-oriented administration role
- Previous experience in a contact call centre (high volume call intake)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and dispute resolution skills
- A professional approach and positive attitude towards your work and teammates
