Our client is currently looking for Customer service focused Professionals to work in a Call Centre environment predominantly also potential to be able to work in a face-to-face Customer service environment.
Skills required
- experience in a Customer service role (preferably Call Centre but not essential)
- High level of Computer and tech skills required to be able to assist customers in accessing the website and web portals to complete transactions.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Good time management skills and the ability to be able to follow policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
About the role
- Working predominantly in a Call Centre environment assisting customers with their enquiries and helping navigating organisations website and web portals and promoting their use for transactions
- Part-time opportunities available preferably five days a week five hours shifts between the hours of 8am till 1pm or 9:30 am till 2:30pm. 4 days a week is also available. Must be available to work Mondays and Thursdays .
- hybrid working opportunities available after the initial three months
