As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will work with customers, business partners and our team of field technicians to ensure that we deliver on our promise for outstanding service. The role offers a great deal of variation and complexity so no two days are the same.
We are looking for a warm hearted, can-do team player who enjoys providing exceptional service to join our busy, close-knit and friendly team environment at our Port Melbourne head office.
On a typical day:
- Answer customer calls, service queries, process service requests and payments
- Scheduling and planning of our technician’s visits to customers to deliver service and installation requirements meeting SLA and KPIs
- Liaising with the relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues related to service delivery
- Ordering parts and arranging for necessary repairs and services
- Providing support to our field technicians
- Managing workflows to keep service delivery timely
