The Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is part of a niche Customer Service team, and you will be responsible for the following functions. (It is not a sales position):
- Liaising with customers via phone and electronically in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing product information, pricing and ETA’s
- Setting up new customer accounts and maintaining the customer database
- Processing orders, returns and quotes
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments (warehouse, finance, sales, marketing, and service)
- Sharing customer feedback internally
- Contributing to the ongoing learning and success of the company by sharing knowledge
- Handling and resolving customer issues
- Working in a supportive team environment.
Your Background:
We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:
- Customer service experience – this may be in internal Customer Service, retail, call centre, or another area
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Basic IT skills
- Strong ethics and values
- “Can do” attitude.
The Salary Package:
